Residence Plugin

The residence plugin allows you to have residences(towns). If the residences are build right they could make the server look nicer and seem more realistic. The residence can also give noobies a place to stay until they get going. This will help with enviromental grief and random building and lockette chests by spawn/wild. I noticed that on the old world almost anywhere u went it looked horrible from the people who build close to /warp wild and forgot to take their chests. I do not know for sure if this will interfere with the factions plugin. I'm not the best with thembut im just stating plugins i've enjoyed on other servers which made the game much more fun.
