TimTheEnchanter is a plugin that lets ops enchant armor/weapons/tools with ANY enchant they want to (up to level 127). You can use the /enchant all command to get every enchant in the game on 1 item. For instance, you can make a diamond sword have Sharpness 127, Fire Aspect 127, Protection 127, Fire Protection 127, and all of the other enchantments in the game.
This could be useful for testing death traps to see if they work.
This is a plugin that is helpful for a lot of things. I know a few minigames we can make with this plugin. You can make golf and tennis using testificates. There is a map for both of them but they are singleplayer maps.
You can also have it just for fun.
